Steve Hadley, Managing Director
Steve began his career as a lawyer becoming Corporate Partner at national firm Bond Pearce. He gained considerable commercial experience advising some of the region’s largest companies including Devon Waste Management. Steve joined the board in 2010 and then led a buy-out in 2014. Steve now leads the board as Managing Director.
Emily Delve, Group Finance Director
Emily combines considerable corporate development experience with a strong financial background. Emily has spent much of her career in the advisory field specialising in mergers and acquisitions at Ernst and Young. She gained commercial finance experience whilst at ABN Amro Bank in Sydney and at Rok Plc. Emily joined the business in 2010 and was appointed Group Financial Controller in 2011. Emily joined the board in November 2014.
Dominic Treacher, Operations Director
After training in structural engineering and working as a bespoke furniture maker and teacher, Dom joined DWM in 2003. Initially working on landfills, he took increasing responsibility for a variety of company operations over the years, joining the Board as Operations Director in 2014.
Richard Marsh, Business Development Director
Richard has extensive experience in developing brands, communication strategies and business development. He started his career at RH Advertising where after leading an MBO became Managing Director for 15 years. Richard then worked in London running his own consultancy advising companies on business development and marketing. Richard is a Non-Executive Director of Radio Exe and a Director of the Exeter Festival of Food and Drink.
Alan Vodden, Non Exec Director and Chairman
Allan spent 37 years with Lloyds Bank prior to joining the board in 2006 and since then has helped with the succession planning and the changes in ownership. He is also Chairman of Rangemoors and his board experience includes previous directorships of Cornerstone and Summerfield Developments (SW) Ltd.
Stuart Crebo. Non Exec Director
Stuart began his career as a banker before joining Ernst & Young to focus on Corporate Finance. He is currently Chairman of Isca Ventures LLP and acts as a non-executive director for two other companies. Stuart joined the board in 2010 acts as an independent NED and Chairs the Remuneration Committee.
