As a business you have the responsibility of ensuring confidential paperwork is disposed of securely. Breaching this could result in fines of up to £500,000 and untold reputational damage.
We know how important it is as a business that services provide you with peace of mind and total reassurance and that’s exactly what we’ve designed Coastal Confidential to do. We collect and destroy your confidential waste securely, in accordance with the European Standard BS EN 15713, which is included and audited to our ISO 9001:2008 quality auditing systems.
Our confidential waste operatives are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau and security checks. They will arrive at your premises in uniform, wearing an ID badge. They have been handpicked by our team for their reliable and responsible nature.
Our specialist secure lorry can shred your confidential paperwork at your premises or off-site. This can be set up either on a regular or ad hoc basis.
For complete peace of mind at your work place, we can shred your paperwork on-site. Our confidential shredding waste vehicle is fitted with a shredder, enabling large loads to be processed as you wait. Before leaving the site, our operative will issue a certificate for destruction.
The vehicle will go back to our resource recovery site at Kenbury Wood for the materials to be unloaded and baled.
We can collect confidential waste bags from your premise to shred at our secure resource recovery site. You will receive a certificate of destruction to prove that your waste has been disposed of securely.
